Welcome to the official store for AquaSurvival. By purchasing Caviar from this store, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). These terms apply to all players using the server and its associated services.

All purchases made through the store are voluntary and are used to support the maintenance, development, and hosting of the server. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate.

Caviar is the server’s custom virtual in-game currency. Caviar has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, goods, or services outside the server. Staff reserve the right to modify, rebalance, remove, reset, or wipe Caviar balances and the server economy at any time for gameplay, balancing, or technical reasons.

Any attempt to obtain Caviar through unauthorized methods, including exploits, glitches, duplication bugs, cheating, fraudulent purchases, or chargebacks, may result in currency removal, suspension, or permanent bans from the server.

All purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds are generally not provided once Caviar has been delivered to your account. If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable amount of time, contact server staff before opening payment disputes or chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback, fraudulent dispute, or unauthorized payment claim may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination from the server, removal of purchased Caviar, and restriction from future purchases.

Purchasing Caviar does not exempt players from server rules. The server reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban players for cheating, exploiting, harassment, toxic behavior, scamming, ban evasion, or other harmful conduct. Access to the server may be revoked without refund if disciplinary action is taken.

To maintain fairness and gameplay balance, the server may adjust prices, modify the economy, or change how Caviar functions at any time without compensation. Seasonal resets, economy resets, or gameplay changes may occur when necessary.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Minecraft account and any activity performed through it. The server is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised accounts, shared accounts, or user-side security issues.

The server does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent access, or continuous availability. Features, gameplay systems, and services may change over time, and the server may shut down, reset, or discontinue operations at any time.

The server and its staff are not liable for any loss of items, currency, progress, data, or access resulting from server downtime, resets, technical issues, exploits, third-party services, or circumstances outside our control. All services are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees.

By purchasing Caviar and using the server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
